We got the combo (brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and 2 sides). Both of us were STARVING and this is the picture of the LEFTOVERS. The coleslaw was so good. We both took the first bite and then turned to each other and looked with our eyes wide, like wooooooaaaahhh

The value was great and the portion size was generous. I ordered the loaded baked potato with pulled pork and it was packed with flavor. The meat was tender and the toppings like green onions, bacon, sour cream, and ranch really brought everything together. The BBQ sauce had that tangy Texas-style flavor but I do wish it had been a bit thicker and richer to better coat the meat. There was also quite a bit of butter or grease pooling at the bottom which made the last few bites a little too heavy. I would recommend trying.

This place is the best BBQ in treasure valley area. The service was definitely southern hospitality and the atmosphere was amazing loved that there wasn’t loud music playing. Their food was top tier taste just like what it tastes like when I visited Texas. It’s amazing small business!

I’m visiting from California and wanted to try the food! I experienced excellent customer service, very hospitable. I felt so comfortable, like moms and pops place. I ordered Mac and cheese and loved it! Shareable portions. Cheesecakes are delicious!! And also the spicy cabbage is so very good, actually my fave.

Great food! The pulled pork is perfect, especially with their signature sauce. The fried okra is cooked perfectly and tasted great. The southern sweet tea tasted exactly how I expect sweet tea to tast. My family and I loved everything we got. We also got a lemon blueberry cheesecake to go and I just tried it and it's amazing too and so beautifully presented too! Being from the south myself, it's hard to find good, true southern food in Idaho, but this hit the mark on everything. Also, the service was great!
